Yoga Indra offers affordable, traditional hatha yoga classes for all ages and abilities in Adelaide's north-east suburbs.
We aim to share the physical and mental health benefits of yoga with as broad a range of people as possible.
Classes are friendly and welcoming. Our teaching approach places emphasis on students working at their individual capacity, to gain both enjoyment and benefit from their practice.
Grounded in the philosophy ‘healthy body, healthy mind’, we aim to have students leaving class feeling both recharged and relaxed.

COVID UPDATE: Due to the impact of COVID we are offering a reduced timetable. Classes are all beginner/gentle - Tue 6.30pm, Fri 9.30am, Sat 9.30am plus a two hour chill & chai restorative class at 6.30pm on the last Friday of each month. Please book online to reserve your spot.
